Description
I was sensitive to milk and found this almond milk recipe delicious and easy to make. It usually works with smoothies or milk alternatives for coffee in the morning.

Ingredients
1 Cup of almonds
3 Cups of water
1 Date
Preparation
Add the 3 cups of water and almonds to a high-speed blender.
Blend for about a minute.
Use a mesh strainer to pour milk into a container and store it in the refrigerator.
It should last 4 to 5 days.
