Brownie in a Mug

Description

Sometimes, craving hits at any time of the day, and making something quick and delicious is the best way to satisfy the palate. My family and I enjoyed this delicious brownie in a mug while craving chocolate and sweets the other night.

Being gluten-free doesn't have to be complicated.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond four

  • 1/4 coconut sugar

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

  • 3 tbsp water

  • A few chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Place almond flour, coconut sugar, and cacao powder in a mug mix.

  2. Add avocado oil and water to the mug and mix with the dry ingredients.

  3. Top with chocolate chips and place in the microwave for 40-50 seconds. Voila!


Enjoy with your favorite ice cream or nuts.

I used dairy-free ice cream because I have milk sensitivity, but be creative and always do you!
