Description

My best easy power smoothie to boost my Iron Levels. I have iron deficiency anemia, even after being on a gluten-free diet for the last 3 years. In between my Iron infusions, I need to boost, and this smoothie is my favorite. It energizes and provides many essential nutrients to fill the gap between my infusions. It also great after a long workout.

Ingredients

1/4 cup of beets( cooked or raw) I preferred the beets cooked.

1 cup of frozen cherries.

1 scoop of your favorite collagen Protein powder.

1 cup of coconut milk or water. ( you can use milk of choice)

1/2 banana if you prefer.



Preparation

  1. Add the cherries, beets, protein powder, milk, and bananas in a blender.

  2. Blend for about a minute until smooth.

  3. Enjoy the powerful benefits of this blend.
