Easy Egg Muffins

Description

My family loves this pack of protein breakfast. It is delicious and easy to make and keeps us satisfied through the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ham

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon of cheese ( it could be vegan cheese if you have milk sensitivity)

  • pinch of salt

  • spray avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.

  2. Spray a muffin tint with avocado oil.

  3. Place the sliced ham in the muffin tint like a cupcake holder, and add cheese and 1 egg.

  4. Repeat the steps for each egg muffin desired.

  5. Bake for 10 minutes until the egg is thoroughly cooked with preferred consistency.

  6. serve and add salt.
