Description
My family loves this pack of protein breakfast. It is delicious and easy to make and keeps us satisfied through the morning.

Ingredients
1 slice of ham
1 egg
1 tablespoon of cheese ( it could be vegan cheese if you have milk sensitivity)
pinch of salt
spray avocado oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Spray a muffin tint with avocado oil.
Place the sliced ham in the muffin tint like a cupcake holder, and add cheese and 1 egg.
Repeat the steps for each egg muffin desired.
Bake for 10 minutes until the egg is thoroughly cooked with preferred consistency.
serve and add salt.
