Description

Avocados are rich in healthy nutrients, especially good monosaturated fatty acids, and are rich in many vitamins. Making Guacamole doesn't have to be hard if we keep it simple. It will nurture the body and provide us with many health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 5 ripened avocadoes

  • 1 lime juice

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup of cilantro


Preparation

  1. Place avocadoes, lime juice, salt, and cilantro in a food processor.

  2. Serve immediately and top with pumpkin seeds for a more nutrient guacamole.

  3. Enjoy your favorite gluten-free tortillas or crackers.
