Kale Salad

Description

Adding salads to your daily meals will improve your digestion and balance your meals during the day. It is made of crunchy cruciferous veggies and a creamy dressing to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups organic kale( stems removed and sliced.


  • 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)

  • 1 cup carrots(shredded)

  • 1/4 hemp seeds

  • pinch of salt

  • 1teaspoon of Nutritional yeast if you have it available.


  • Dressing:

    • 1/4 cup extra virgin oil.

    • 1 squeezed lemon juice.

    • 1/4 organic dijon mustard

    • 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper.

    • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.

Preparation

  1. To a bowl, add kale, cabbage, carrots and toss.


  2. Add the hemp seeds, a pinch of salt, nutritional yeast, and mix.


  3. Pour the dressing over the top. Toss to combine.
