Description
Adding salads to your daily meals will improve your digestion and balance your meals during the day. It is made of crunchy cruciferous veggies and a creamy dressing to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients
4 cups organic kale( stems removed and sliced.
1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
1 cup carrots(shredded)
1/4 hemp seeds
pinch of salt
1teaspoon of Nutritional yeast if you have it available.
Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin oil.
1 squeezed lemon juice.
1/4 organic dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper.
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
Preparation
To a bowl, add kale, cabbage, carrots and toss.
Add the hemp seeds, a pinch of salt, nutritional yeast, and mix.
Pour the dressing over the top. Toss to combine.
