Description
I have been doing this green smoothie recipe daily since my celiac disease diagnosis. I implemented this into my routine when I had to put morning coffee to the side. I also had gastritis and needed to drink something gentle and nutritious. It is anti-inflammatory, rich in fiber, and will help detoxify and eliminate toxins and balance the lining of your gut.

Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup of green collard
1/4 cup green dandelion
1/2cup celery
1/2 of a cucumber
1 piece of Aloe vera tissue or 2 tbsp of aloe vera juice.
Some parsley
1/2 a green apple or banana
a scoop of collagen protein powder
1 1/2cup of water.
Preparation
wash all the fresh ingredients.
Add the spinach, collard greens, dandelion, celery, cucumber, and a few pieces of parsley and aloe vera to a blender.
Add the collagen protein powder, water.
Blend for about a minute at high speed.
Serve in a glass cup and enjoy all the benefits of drinking this healthy smoothie, which is rich in nutrients.
