I love how easy is to get this recipe together very quickly when I am in a rush to get dinner at the table, but at the same time, it is nutritious and can be paired with any protein.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons Avocado oil
3 Zucchini, sliced into coin shapes
3 cloves of garlic chopped
6 basil leaves, chopped
1/2 cup of cilantro chopped
1/4 teaspoon of powder turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 squeeze lemon without the seeds
Preparation
Heat 4 tablespoons of avocado oil in a large pan over high heat until bubbly. Add the Zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the garlic, salt, turmeric, and pepper and keep stirring for another 5 minutes.
Continue stirring and add the cilantro and basil.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring until zucchini is golden brown and tender.
Enjoy warm with your favorite protein.
