Success in anything starts by creating a plan. If we want deep in our hearts to feel good, vibrant, and healthy, we must consider the main reason for wanting to feel good.

First, set Priorities and goals to help you focus on why to eat healthy.
Planning meals ahead of time and healthy foods is vital to success in clean, healthy eating throughout the week. Picking sources like fruits, vegetables, and protein in your daily routine will help you establish a nutritious, balanced diet. Plan to go grocery shopping at least once a week with some time to prepare food ahead according to the meal you have planned for the week.
If you plan to eat at a restaurant, make sure you pick the best choices to stay within your food plan, and of course, if you have celiac disease or are sensitive to gluten, make sure you have a gluten-free meal and discuss it with the waiter.
Here are some suggestions
Purchase your source of protein and freeze what you will need. when possible, buy organic poultry, wild-caught fish, and Grass-fed meat.
Pick organic food over conventionally grown food to lower the toxic load on your body.
I know that sometimes buying everything organic can get challenging, so ensure you wash your fruits and vegetables with a fruit and vegetable wash.
I would also suggest looking at the dirty dozen list made by the EWG(Environmental Working Group)for buying organic vs conventionally grown fruits and vegetables. In my healthy living tips, you will find a list of the suggested foods from the EWG.
Make your meals simple using spices like turmeric with pepper, oregano, basil, thyme, and rosemary to increase the flavor of your food and enhance the health benefits.
Also, make sure you pick healthy oils like avocado oil, olive oil, and coconut oil to prepare foods.
When possible, make your own dessert with Coconut sugar or maple syrup, or use bananas or dates to give your desserts the sweetness you crave.
Always have an accountability partner to motivate you in your journey to a healthier, happier life.
It just takes planning, preparation, and focusing.
