Today, we find that much of the food we consume is sprayed with harmful pesticides that can cause damage to the body. The EWG is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human health and organization.
According to their research on which foods are loaded with pesticides, they made a list of foods we should buy, organic vs conventionally grown.

These 12 fruits and vegetables should be organic because they are highly contaminated with harmful pesticides.
